Simply Summer Reading List

Simply_Stories_Podcast_Summer_2021_Reading_list_Blog_Emily_Humphries.png

It dawned on me this week that we are halfway through our summer break from school for our kiddos. I was simultaneously washed with feelings of regret about what we haven’t had time for, excitement for activities in this second half of summer, and maaaaybe a little bit of anticipation about things being a little quieter around here. (Just being honest lol)

Wherever you find yourself this first week of July, there is never a bad time to dive into some new books!! I’ve compiled a list of fiction and non-fiction books I have been loving lately that have equally been entertaining and (most of them) educational about parts of history I didn’t know a lot about before. I hope you find something you might enjoy or a topic you’d like to learn more about on the lists below. If you do, send me a message or tag me on social media! I’m always down for book talk.
