On this episode, we get to hear from Ann Swindell who is an author, teacher, lover of words and wise woman of God. We discuss how to hold on to hope when life is not what you thought it would be, and how to walk with the Lord when we live in that tension. She shares with us pieces of her life story and struggle with trichotillomania that is also told in her book Still Waiting: Hope For When God Doesn’t Give You What You Want.

Friend, if you are walking in a place of waiting on God, or staring at what feels like failure and unanswered prayers, if you need a word of encouragement because you wonder if your story matters, or if you are struggling with hustling for your worth, then this conversation is for you. Ann breaths the Word of God into everyday vernacular and draws the listener closer to Jesus.
